Breakfast of champions!

That's why today we're giving you the recipe for our high-protein breakfast to get your day off to a good start! In less than 10 minutes, you'll have 153 kcal, 15g protein, 12g carbohydrates and 5.1g fat, in an easy and delicious breakfast.

And watch out, it's going to be fast:

- Put a scoop (37g) of Pancakes Protéines Superset Nutrition in your shaker (yes, you don't need 8000 utensils)

- Add to this half a measure of milk or water

- Shake quickly to obtain a smooth paste

- Pour directly into a non-stick pan using the shaker nozzle

- Wait 2 min

- Turn pancake over

- Wait another 1 min
