Delivery, Shipping and Returns
For delivery in France :

DPD Predict 24h-48h*
Delivery in Metropolitan France (except Corsica) PREDICT in 24H-48H* (except in case of force majeure: weather conditions, strikes, etc. ...). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (working days only).
Predict DPD is the interactive and carefree appointment-based delivery solution! All you have to do is choose the day and time slot (based on deliveries made in your area) that suits you best from a list of choices provided by DPD.
- When ordering on the site, to benefit from the Predict service, enter your cell phone number in the field provided for this purpose.
- Once your order has been shipped, DPD will send you an SMS to suggest delivery dates and times (mainly in the morning).
- Answer (before 11pm) "1" or "2" by SMS depending on your availability (price of a standard SMS) or on www.destinataires.dpd.fr or by phone on 09 70 80 85 66 (not surcharged) for more choices. IMPORTANT: the answer to the SMS will not be validated if you add an additional note (e.g.: leave it to the guard, no doorbell...).
- If you do not answer the SMS, the delivery man will automatically show up at the time slot of the SMS N°1 choice.
- On the day of the scheduled delivery, you will receive an SMS reminding you of the delivery time slot.
- Make sure you are present at the time of the delivery, because the deliverymen do not deposit parcels in the mailboxes (given against signature).
- In case of absence, a notice of passage will be given to you in your mailbox, you can reorganize your delivery directly on the site www.destinataires.dpd.fr with your number of notice of passage or by phone at 09 70 80 85 66 (not surcharged) for more choice.
DPD home delivery fees :
- 8,90€ for any order in metropolitan France. (Excluding Corsica)
(*) DPD does not deliver on weekends. Any order placed after 3:30 pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
DPD Point Relay 24H-48H*
Delivery in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) in one of the 5,000 local shops in 24-48 hours (except in cases of force majeure: weather conditions, strike, etc. ....).
Have your order delivered to one of the 5,000 local shops available throughout France. You are free to choose the shop that suits you best: near your home or near your work, and pick up your package 7 days a week. As soon as your parcel is delivered to the chosen DPD relay, you are automatically notified by email (check your spam folder) or by SMS. If you can't pick it up the same day, don't worry, your package is still available 7 days (including weekends and holidays).
DPD relais is the assurance of a quality delivery with :
- A delivery all over France in 24/48 H (average time noted, no delivery on weekends)
- A choice of more than 5,000 carefully selected stores throughout France (geographical location, storage capacity, opening hours, etc.)
- A detailed tracking of your package available 24/24H on www.dpd.fr
- An alert (email and SMS) when your package arrives in the DPD relay space (check your junk mail)

- 4.90€ for any order under 60€, in France. (Excluding Corsica)
- Free for orders over 60€ in France. (Excluding Corsica)

Chronopost domicile 24h
For any order placed on the website Superset Nutrition before 3:45 pm from Monday to Thursday, the delivery takes place the next morning before 1 pm everywhere in France (except in case of force majeure: weather conditions, strike, etc..).
All deliveries are made by hand against signature from Monday to Friday.
Attention: Orders shipped on Friday will automatically be delivered the following Monday.
The morning of the delivery: Chronopost® will send you a text message or an email with the time slot (1 hour) for the deliveryman to come and pick up your order. If you are unable to be present: you must go to the website before midnight to request a delivery in one of the Points Relais® or post offices in your area or to postpone the delivery for a maximum of 7 days. In case of absence, the parcel will be left at the post office closest to the delivery address or at a relay point if it is closer than the post office or at the Chronopost agency if the post office is closed. A delivery notice will be left in your mailbox with the address and an SMS will be sent to you as soon as you can pick up your parcel. If your parcel is made available in a proximity point, it will be available during :
- 14 days in a post office and in a Chronopost agency
- 8 days in a Pickup relay
- 3 days in a Pickup station (locker).

For delivery in Belgium

SO COLISSIMO at home 48-72h
Deliveries are made by La Poste, in "Colissimo, delivered without signature". Once the parcel is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48-72 hours (except in case of force majeure: weather conditions, strike, etc..), directly to your mailbox. If this one is not big enough and that you are absent, a new presentation can be made the following day or a notice of procedure will be deposited to you. You will then be able to collect your parcel from the nearest post office within 10 days. Follow at any time the routing of your package on www.colissimo.fr or www.bpost.be

9.90€ for any order whatever the amount.
Note that La Poste also delivers on saturday !
SO COLISSIMO in a relay point 48-72H
You have the possibility to choose a point relay for the delivery in Belgium. You can then pick up your parcel with your ID during the opening hours of the shop. The delivery time is 24/48h working days (except in case of force majeure: weather conditions, strike, etc..). If you do not collect your package within 10 days, it will be returned to us and we will ask you a participation for the reshipment. The delivery time is 24/48h working days.

Once your order has been shipped, DPD will send you an email containing your parcel number as well as a summary of your delivery details and a link to track your parcel.
Please note: Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (working days only) without time slots. Make sure you are present for the delivery because the parcels are given against signature.

For deliveries outside continental France, we only use the So Colissimo Mon Domicile offer which allows you to be delivered in all countries served by La Poste. The delivery time generally observed is 48-72H for bordering countries and usually under 5 to 8 working days for the DOM-TOM, and non bordering countries (except in case of force majeure: weather conditions, strike, etc..).

Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the package.
For the dematerialized products such as the accompanying plans, the delivery will be done by email. You will have to fill in your email address beforehand in order to receive your plans by email.
Customer relations - After-sales service - Returns
For any information, question or complaint, the customer can address from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 12 am and from 2 pm to 5 pm to the Customer relations service of the site SUPERSET NUTRITION.

The customer is required to formulate on the delivery note any reserves for damage due to transport, non-conforming delivery or apparent defects and this, as soon as the parcel is handed over. He is also required to confirm these reservations within 48 hours to the seller, otherwise no claim will be accepted on these grounds.
In case of return to the sender because of NPAI (does not live at the address indicated) or other impossibility of delivery by the transport service, a participation of the transport costs will be requested to redirect the parcel.
The right of withdrawal of the customer is done within 14 days from the receipt of the order. In case of exchange or refund, the new or unused item(s) in its (their) original packaging, intact, and accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation must be returned to the following address

The company FITCORP reserves the right to determine in good faith if all these conditions are met. The expenses and the risks relating to the return of a product are with the exclusive load of the purchaser. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days except in exceptional cases.
Receipt of defective items
For any article received defective, a mandatory return will be requested in order to be able to follow up an exchange. The expenses of return of the defective product and the forwarding are the responsibility of Superset Nutrition.
